Wednesday 03/13/2013. Thirty-Third Day at the Georgia Legislative Session. Despite the fact that HB125 was referred to a committee, it did not come out in its meeting today. We certainly should price ourselves and take credit for this turn out. Nonetheless, as I mentioned before, this battle is far from over. Tomorrow is Day 34 of the session, and then a long break until Day 35 next Wednesday 20^th. Stay put for upcoming updates and calls of action. Thank you very much for your hard work.

Also, we got word that we are going to have updates related to SB160 tomorrow Thursday, March 14^th. SB160 is the Senate version of the fix for the damages HB87 created. The current version SB 160/CSFA/2 is a good one, ergo does not affect us. However, SB160 is been referred to the very same committee that high jacked HB125, and made it what it is now. So we need to be very cautious to what comes out from them. Be on the look for updates related to this and keep up the good work.
